The objective of SWAT is to train the participants to become skilled workers which essentially contributes towards sustainable industrial and economic growth of the country. The primary focus of SWAT is to ensure the preservation of the environment. To ensure that the participants learn not only the skills required to protect our water bodies but also the need and requirement to do so in our present times.

School of Water Technology (SWAT), the Centre of Excellence in Water and Waste Water treatment, an initiative of KASE and operated by M/s. Green Method Engineering (P) Limited, Kochi is first of its kind in India offering courses for Water and Waste Water Treatment plant operators. GME was set up by like minded professionals who shared a concern for the environment in general and our water bodies in particular. GME has and is providing a complete range of water and wastewater solutions utilizing innovative and latest equipment and technologies across a wide spectrum of applications. Depleting potable water resources and tightening water quality regulations has forced the water industry to design robust, maintainable and sustainable treatment systems and this change has been led from the fore front by the GME in the state. GME also realizes that skilled resource for manning and operation such system is a basic requirement.
